Your Airbnb and other booking platform accounts remain in your name.
2. Your booking revenue goes directly to you
Guest payments continue to be processed through your booking platforms and paid directly to you. BnBe does not collect or hold your booking revenue.

We are added with the access needed to provide the agreed operational support around your guests, bookings and property.

BnBe was founded by Heidi Macallan and Lee Craig to give short-term rental owners a more personal and practical kind of support.
Heidi's background includes nursing, hospital management, cleaning operations and quality control. She is also an Airbnb host and the owner of an Airbnb cleaning company. Her experience supports cleaning standards, linen, restocking, presentation and turnover quality.
Lee brings more than 20 years of experience across hotel management, accommodation operations, real estate management, property maintenance and short-term rentals in South East Queensland. His experience supports property oversight, maintenance coordination, guest needs and practical accommodation operations.
Together, they have built BnBe around straightforward communication, reliable local coordination and respect for the owner's right to remain in control. You will know who is looking after your property, who to contact and what is happening behind the scenes.
